UNITED METHODIST MEN'S FELLOWSHIP United Methodist Men exist to declare the centrality
of Christ in every man's life. Men's ministry leads to spiritual growth of men and effective discipleship. This purpose
is served as men are called to model the servant leadership of Jesus Christ. Asbury's UMM unit
is known as the "Asbury Men's Fellowship". They typically meet once a month as one body and share a meal, with devotion
and a special program from outside the church. Asbury Men's Fellowship is actively involved in ministry to Epworth Children's
Home and also frequent fund raisers for building and capital improvement projects for the church. Also they have a special
scholarship program for the college students of Asbury. The scholarship program is supported mainly by an annual golf tournament.
Spiritual retreats with other Methodist churches in the Columbia district are held each year at Asbury Hills to encourage
men to broaden friendships with one another as well as deepen communications with God. Asbury
United Methodist Fellowship meets: 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the church social hall (Finklea Building).
